型取った真鍮をレザーで包み込んだチョーカータイプのネックレス。
ネックレスよりもフォーマルに、ネクタイの様に一つでスタイリングを引き締める様な、スタイリングごとに見え方が変わるレザージュエリーです。
ネクタイ（Necktie）+クチュール（Couture/仕立て・高級服飾）の造語。
二人の国内職人の技術を経て形になりました。
